This wine is flat out fantastic!Blackberry and black cherry on the nose. Dark fruits in general with an earthiness as well. Dark fruits again on the taste with more noticeable blackberry and a velvety smooth texture. Hints of spice and licorice as well. Long long finish. Very balanced.
Simply put this is one of the best California Pinot Noirs I have ever had. These wines might be hard to come by and at $50+ a bottle (if you’re on the list), its pushing the limits of my affordability but WOW, this wine is worth seeking out.
